You can use it as meal replacement, mix in salad, blend or soak in juice for drinks.

Blend 2 tablespoonfuls daily in a cup of cool water.

Pair with: Tomato powder for reducing cholesterol. Beetroot powder for stomach ulcers.

DO NOT use hot water, as the heat may cook the Chiaseed and destroy the nutrients. DO NOT allow the mixture to stand for too long, as it may thicken. Add Tomato Powder to enhance nutrients, taste and absorption.
